Open-End Spinning Process
Open-end yarn is produced by rotating the fiber that forms yarn in the part called rotor at high speed. The high-speed rotating fibers in the rotor form a spiral structure and become a thread. The yarn spinning directly from sliver to yarn in one step without roving.
YARN SPINNING PROCESS
Testing and measuring processes are carried out by the spinning laboratory to produce according to standard values and to minimize yarn errors at every stage, starting from the blow room to the yarn, including card, draw frame, roving, winding, and bobbin processes.

SA8000 is a social accountability standard and certificate developed by Social Accountability International (SAI). They created this certification to help and protect workers worldwide by providing a standardized guideline to protect the integrity of workers’ conditions and wages. SA8000 overlaps with Fair Trade certification, but while Fair Trade is predominantly used for farming, SA8000 is a certification used in factory conditions.
